HE’S NOT SPIDER PIG ANYMORE, HE’S HARRY PLOPPER!!
I now FINALLY know my plans for this fall and winter. I am back to regular training and I am starting to feel good during runs. There are some new people joining our training group, everyone is on the same training schedule. There is a new website for our training group( http://lmelite.blogspot.com/ ), and the weather is changing, Fall is coming, this is the best time to train for a marathon. Oh yeah and it is time to reverse the direction on my ceiling fans.
I am now entering week two of my marathon build-up for sacramento. Mileage is increasing steadily and workouts are getting better and better to a degree. But it is early and training is always easy early on, however I am motivated right now for this next marathon and I am going to ride that enthusiasm as long as I can.
The next race up for me is the national 10km road race champs. I haven’t been able to run this race yet, I’ve always been busy racing something else, and I heard that they are adjusting the course as it was ridiculous last year, probably a smart move by who ever runs this race, so I am looking forward to that. That and the workout coming up this Saturday.
