A quick post befor I even get back to my hotel.
I ended up 4th overall and second Canadian. I was never in the race at the front however I finished maybe 5 seconds put of second lace overall. For the amount of training I’ve been ably to put in over the past two weeks due to my hamstring I am hapy with the result. After making the decision to come put here and try out my leg the last thing I would want is to DNF again. I ran with the chase...
