10 Mile Marathon Workout

After my long run last Sunday I was feeling good and getting mentally ready for the last big challenge in this marathon build-up, the 13.1 miles coming up on Saturday run at marathon pace 1:06-1:06:30. Then Monday evening I started to feel sick. I was already on cold fx and taking zinc, my regular vitamins and going to bed supper early, 8pm, but Ari’s cold finally hit me and by Tuesday...
