MID WAY
After last nights workout at the Co-quitlam town center track I am at the mid way point of the week, most of the hard runs are done, except for one this Saturday and when that workout is done I will be over the hump for this entire marathon build-up and I am assured it will be smooth sailing after that. The marathon I am doing all this work for: The Lake Biwa Marathon March 7th, Japan.
