Two down just one to go!
Talk about a confidence boost.
This week ,after my Half marathon, has gone great. First I recovered quickly from the race and was able to get a good workout in on Thursday. I did 10x 1000 meters with 60 second recovery jog between along a path, and had some company for the first few with Rejean Chiasson. I was able to average right around 3:00 for the entire workout, hitting a few under 3 minutes...

Last Wednesday I was getting ready for our 8x 1600 meter workout off 60 seconds rest. The warm-up went well and so did the first interval and I was feeling good, then I ran the second 1600 and my hamstring got really tight. Then on the third I was starting to get worried.
