Since national cross champs in Guelph I have been right back at it running easily the week directly after the race, but winding it right back up the following week. That week looked like this: Sunday: 15 mile long run Monday: Easy 5 miles in the morning and an easy 10 miles in the afternoon. Tuesday: Easy 5 miles in the morning.
